Arielle Kuperberg

Arielle Kuperberg is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Women and Gender Studies at UNCG, and the Director of Undergraduate Studies.

She has a Ph.D. in Sociology and Demography and a Graduate Certificate in the Study of Women, Gender and Sexuality from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research examines romantic and sexual relationships including cohabitation, marriage, college hookups and dates, and intersections of gender, families, work, education and young adulthood. Her research has been published in leading journals including Gender & Society, Archives of Sexual Behavior and Journal of Sex Research. She teaches courses on Quantitative Research Methods and Data Analysis, Marriage and the Family, Gender and Work, and Population Problems.
