Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies

Graduation will be very well attended and the room is getting close to capacity!  Even though RSVPs were requested by 4/15, we still have some space and want to know if you will be joining us so we can make sure to have seats for everyone.

Ceremony and Reception Date: Thursday, May 5th, 2016, 5:30pm-9:30pm

Graduation and Awards Ceremony: The ceremony honoring all of your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments starts at 5:30pm in the Organ Hall located in the School of Music Building. Diplomas, certificates, and awards will be presented to all students who are graduating at the end of the spring, summer, and fall semesters.

Reception: Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a reception in the atrium of the Organ Hall in the School of Music Building. Join us for hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and conversation!

Parking & Accessibility: We recommend parking in the McIver Parking Deck, located on the north side of campus near the School of Music and Sullivan Science. This deck is cash only daily rates are $7. When you register yourself and your guests, please note any parking or accessibility needs you and your guests may have.
