WGS, along with the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and UNCG’s Career Services Center (CSC) will offer a free workshop on how to develop salary negotiation skills that can help close the gender wage gap. Although free to participants, he AAUW Greensboro Branch has graciously covered the cost of the workshop including facilitator and materials. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the CSC.
$tart $mart is workshop developed by The Wage Project (wageproject.org) and is offered on campuses nationwide to teach negotiation skills to undergraduates. Although developed for women, men may attend. UNCG is particularly fortunate to have the workshop originator, Ms. Annie Houle, as our Facilitator.
