The Ninth Annual Feminist Theory Workshop: March 20-21, 2015

The annual Feminist Theory Workshop offers a unique opportunity for scholars to engage in sustained dialogue about feminist theory as a scholarly domain of inquiry. The “workshop” approach of this conference requires active participation of both presenters and attendees.

This year’s keynote speakers are:

Anne-Emmanuelle Berger, Professor of Literature and Gender Studies, Centre d’études féminines et d’études de genre, University of Paris 8, and Adjunct Professor of French Literature, Cornell University

Tina Campt, Professor of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Director of the Africana Studies Program, Barnard College

Lee Edelman, Fletcher Professor of English Literature, Tufts University

Françoise Vergès, Consulting Professor of Political Sciences, Goldsmith College and the University of London, and the President of the Comité pour la Mémoire et l’Histoire de l’esclavage.
